Support is always good in the first 30-days (they don’t want you to leave, obviously) and the last 30-days to the lesser extent (same reason).
WordPress is so much nicer than the last time I used it…

Note about free domain name. Make sure you get the domain name account information, so that next time you can easily switch to another web hosting provider, just in case.

LCF: ya, u’re right. so easier when u switch provider. there’s like a specific website where u can change DNS n details.
