The Heart4Hope Original t-shirt was designed by James Tan in 2005. James is a graphics designer who co-owns an advertising agency. The name ‘Heart4Hope’ means ‘Have a heart for hope’. It is my appeal for your support because you share my belief and hopes, and not out of sympathy.
